Draft Scopes should be faxed to (916) 388-9197 prior to bid date.
  
       
    All subcontract bids should include the following information:  
   
  - Company name with address and telephone number
  - A contact name with a matching email and cellular number
  - California contractor license number
  - Acknowledgement of all addenda
  - Pricing for all alternates – even if zero
  - Field labor union status (signatory or not signatory)
  - Verification of the new sales tax rate of 8.75%
  - Parking for their own crews
  - Compliance with noise control requirements per 01 56 19
  - Acknowledgment of off hours work required by 01 11 00 section 1.11
  - Acknowledgment of phasing / staggered work required by 01 11 00 section 1.10 (30 workstations at a time requirement)
  - A voluntary alternate to deduct hoisting
