Southwest Community Health Center (SCHC) will renovate 2,640 square feet of additional space at 751 Lombardi Court, Santa Rosa, California. The total budget for the project is $439,061 and will be covered by a CIP grant. It is classified as an OSHP 3 project, but will not be inspected with an OSHPD inspector. The major components of the renovation include; adding 7 exam rooms, adding 5 private offices, adding 2 bathrooms and a lab area, creating a provider work area for 3.8 FTE new providers, equipping all exam rooms and offices, installing office computers and exam room computers for existing EHR, including upgrading the server and expanding wiring, relocating the call center and medical records to a more efficient space, and implementing a keyless security system to improve safety for employees and security for equipment.
