Project includes two landscape areas on the Chico State Univ. campus. Area #1 is an aprox. 5,578 sq.ft courtyard area located between Colusa Hall and Selvester Cafiteria and area #2 encompasses the opens space around the Continuing Education building and is adjacent to area #1. The scope of work consists of concrete: pathways, driveways and seating/ planters; brick paver patio; steel trellis structures; landscaping; soil treatment including erosion control; and utility modifcations per drawings and specs.
